How will I receive my gift card?
After purchasing your NGRAVE digital gift card, the gift card code will be sent to the specified email address at checkout or to the chosen recipient’s email address. The email should arrive within a few minutes after purchase.
To use the gift card simply go to https://shop.ngrave.io/. Choose your product and proceed to checkout. Copy and paste the digital gift card code into the box “Discount code or gift card” and click on apply. You can use multiple gift cards per order.
- If your digital gift card balance is enough to cover your complete purchase you will be able to check out. If there is a remaining balance you will be able to use it for another order. If you paid in another currency than euro, any remaining balance will be converted back into euros.
- If your digital gift card balance is not enough to cover your entire purchase you will be requested to choose a payment method for the remaining balance before checking out.
