    I pre ordered the NGRAVE Zero a year before it came out. Was so happy to get it. I have had no problems with it at all. I really love the large screen. It is completely offline which gives me huge peace of mind.


    It can’t even be physically broken into. I have had a few instances where I needed help and I have to say the team have been pretty Brilliant. I would recommend this product 100% based on product and the team. In fact, when number go up 🙄😂. I am looking to buy another one. It might feel a bit pricey, but peace of mind is unmeasurable. Will I have to pay customs duties?

No import fees currently apply for shipments to the EU, the U.S. (under $800 USD), Australia (under $1.000 AUD), and New Zealand (under $1.000 NZD). However, this is subject to change based on local customs regulations.

We took all measures to lower the odds of your package getting stuck at customs. However, some countries will require the recipient to pay additional import fees before releasing the package.

We ship from Belgium, so customs duties or -fees may apply to deliveries outside of the European Union. Customs duties and -fees are not included in the price and will have to be paid to the carrier by the buyer upon delivery.
